im wanting to install a new head unit in my car and i have a question about how to wire the new unit to my old harness. the new unit's harness has a positive and a negative wire for each speaker yet my old harness only has one wire per speaker. what to do? can i just run the positive and negative wires together and splice it into the old wires?
go out and find a harness for your vehicle. if you do what you proposed you would damage your radio. if you can not find a harness then run new wires to your speakers. that my be a more simple fix.
