help with amp and subwoffer

    i got a dual pba2150 300 wat amp and a single 10" subwoffer. there is power to the amp but when i have the music on tha woffer would bump but it would cus off and on for no reason.. i checked if it was tthe ground wire but that wasnt the problem so can some1 plz helpme out on wat the problem is...plz

    I'm not sure if you mean the power to the amp cuts out or the sub cuts out.

    Check the wires from the amp to your sub and also the voice coil wires and solder connections on the sub itself. Could also be that the voicecoil is broken, so you might want to check its resistance with a DMM to rule that out.
