Hey I'm no wiring genius, but my brother has one 10 inch kicker sub hooked up to a 4 channel 300 watt alpine amp. It doesn't sound like its hitting very hard at all. To my understanding, the 4 channels split up the power out put, so if he has the sub wired to channel 1 on the amp, its only getting 75 amps? Which would explain the sub sounding really weak? Is it possible to bridge anything so all the power goes to the sub? There are no speakers being powered by the amp, sub only....thanks for the help!

You should be able to bridge 2 channels, NOT four. The information should be in your owners manual.

But that still leaves two channels not being used, might as well hook them up to a couple more speakers
