okay.. first of all, it's a good rule of thumb to start at zero with everything on the HU.
turn the loudness function and bass boost off (if it has one).

The jbl sub is a svc, right? what style box is it in?

I'd hook the 600w amp (bridged to 1ch) to the sub.
use the 400w amp for the 6x9's, set it to hpf, and keep the level under 1/2 to begin with.

on the sub, adjust the lpf to about 1/8 turn past the lowest setting (it's a 15" sub, you don't want it hitting the 200hz frequencies) and set the gain at about 1/2.. go from there and see if you can acheive the desired sound from the controls on the HU.. if not, go up or down from there.

as for the speaks, if the component is not functioning at all, then either the vc is blown or a wire has become disconnected. check that all of your wiring is secure (are these stock components?)

and please in the future, take the extra time to spell out your words properly.. ghetto posts can be difficult to understand, and we want you to get the help you need.
