if your subs are single 4 ohm subs then both wired together will be 2 ohms.

so look for an amp that puts out the power you want into 2 ohms.

each one does 900 into 2 ohms. so 450 each sub should be just right.

yes both amps have the same ratings.

how much power do you want? i guess closer to the 550 rms rating?

I like the Hifonics....that's a solid amp, may not do rated power but it would come close to it.

I wouldn't get any amp bigger than 600 watts rms

Audiobahn overrates everything...the power handling on those subs is about half of the RMS rating

thats not true at all...ive been pushin a steady 500 watts to each and they kick pretty hard. i hooked my buddys soundstream 2000 watt amp and pushed about 800 watts to them for about an hour and a half and they banged really hard, so i know they are not overated like their amps are

help needed with AMP decision 2

    Hi...
I have a '96 integra 4 dr and i just recently bought a pair of infinity kappa 693.9i 6x9" car speakers (for the back). I would also like to purchase an Infinity AMP but i just don't know which one sounds good or how many watts is recommended for my car. I think i'll stick with all Infinity brand ^_^

    Please help? Thanks.
