Has anyone heard a SPL 15" SPLW Series sub

I'm thinking about getting 4 SPL 15's M#SPLW15 Subs and was wondering if anyone here has heard them? SPL is a division of Power Acoustic. They're 1400 rms 4" VC, DuAL 1ohm, fs: 28.1Hz, 92dB,3.4 cu ft ported box, Port tunning @40Hz, 340oz Magnet. Any help would be appreciated.

Dual 1 ohm voice coils, 92 db sensitivity, those things should crank. But you better have a beefy amp to push them.

With the higher sensitivity, it will be easy to make them crank out some SPL ....

Put them in the right box, and they will really perform!!!!!!!!

I'm thinking of getting 2 USAmps MD3D amps. 2000rms @1ohm 4000 rms total on the SPLs or should I spend a little more cash and get 4 RE Audio SX15's dual 2 ohm with 4 USAmps MD1D 1200rms (Already have 1) @1ohm amps. 4800 rms. It's only gonna cost me an extra $200 to get the SX15's with the MD1D's. Would it sound any louder or will It sound the same. I've never ran this much power before. 4000 vs. 4800??? Figured I should spend the money since I'll have it hopefully within the next 30 days. I know nobody has a system this loud here where I live. I'm mainly doing this to sell it should someone want to buy it here locally plus it will be cool to experience that much power. So, Which one?

    -4 SPLW15, 2 MD3D, 4000 rms total for $1527.58
    or
    -4 SX15, 4 MD1D(Already have 1), 4800 rms total for $1713.57

Well...Either setup will be loud and work...SPL depends largely on what enclosure the woofers are in

At those power levvels, 800 watts aint gunna mean crap, it wouold be a difference of about .6 Db, thats POINT 6 mind you...not enough to matter, unless you are into serious SPL competition where every last tenth of a decibal counts.
