    lets see.....4 Hz.....

    I think that is the transmission frequency (or there abouts) of submarine communications...

    Take and get a long stick of PVC equal to the wavelength of 4 Hz and put your driver in the end of it...see if you can disrupt soviet sub comms! LOL!

    lol I played with a TL once, 8' pipe and a 5,25" driver..was fun!
