Long time lurker, first time poster, great forum y'all have here. I come today, because I just bought a '97 Ram 3500 Club Cab with the CTD. I sold my Dakota and used the money as a down payment on this truck. In my Dakota I had: Pioneer MVH-P8200BT Alpine MRV-F540 briged to two channels Kicker ZX400.1 Focal 165 V30 Components in the front doors 2X Kicker Solo Classic 8" woofers in a sealed box I'm considering ditching the MVH, as I am not really happy with it. I was working on a DD HU for the Dak when I sold it. I needed a Ram to pull our fifth wheel anyway, and it's hard to beat a Cummins For now, I bought a Pioneer DEH 6400BT with some Pioneer 6X9s that came with the truck. I am considering swapping it with the Kenwood 945 that is in my GFs Durango ( she won't notice any functional difference as she has the stock Infinity speakers and stock amp ) and using that as MY HU till I can get a DD. If they didn't get lost or destroyed in the move, I have a set of Focal 165 V3E three way components I am considering putting in the doors, and moving the 165 V30s to the rear side panels. I am also thinking of picking up a couple of the loaded 10" Kicker truck boxes and putting those under the back seat, and finding a new home for the Solo Classics. ( maybe the Durango ? ) I just received my 1/0 Kicker amp kit, and am thinking to taking my next days off to get tha amps installed. Anyone hear done up a dually, and have any suggestions? j
