what are some amazingly good competition 12's for around 600 dollars for 2 of them. i was thinking about getting 2 orion 12's but wat kind of subs are jus as good but that doesnt need so many watts
Pedro, i don't think he has an amp yet if i remember correctly. he just wants some slamming subs for about $600 that will be as good as the Orions. Look into Digital Designs FI Audio DC Audio Audioque? hehehe.
I've heard good things about the HDC's. don't know how much of a bass monster they are though. I know that DD (digital designs) pounds along with the DC audio subs. a lot of people are using the HDC's though. How much are they HDC 12's?
seriously, if i were you I'd look into some good used subs. as long as you know they are well taken cared of then you won't have any problems and it will save you break in time and a lot of money. here's an example. http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=415586&highlight=audioque You'll also find a lot of DD's, Fi's and even some DC subs on this forum. just make sure they have refs and pictures and you shouldn't have any problem at all.
