i'm gonna hook up a 350watt peak 2-way component system(75rms) in the front and 2 6x9's at 275 watts peak(55rms), to my 2-channel 620watt amp; how can i set the gain so i don't destroy my speakers?

I'd just hook the stereo amp to the component set....run 6 bys off the head unit

i was going for a lil more watts than that ibanezFreak87. i'd bridge the 2 channels (can i?2 speakers on each channel)making 4 speakers total rounded off at about 155watts per speaker but they all peak around 175 but i mean its no jl audio amp its only power acoustik.

plus, i already bought the amp

    Well...Power Acoustic equipment is always overrated...they aren't CEA-2006 compliant.

6 by's as in 6x9's...I wouldn't waste any power from the already small amp on splitting power to the rear also...keep the power up front.

Amp the front components and power the rears off of the head unit...or sell that PA and buy a good 4 channel.

50 watts rms is plenty...more than you'll need or want

    oh well

there's kinda nothing i can do about it now cuz i already bought the amp & my cash flow is low.if i ran 620watts only to the component set would that b 150 watts for each side.?

For our $299 bass special we use the Power Acoustik PS2-520. We've used that amp now for a couple of years, not one failure. We've also use the PS2-820 and again not one failure.

Better record than the Planet amps we sell, never used an LT series

is that the LT or the plasma series?i like the looks of the LTs.nothing flashy just basic.very flexable crossover too.i know its not in the top 5 or 10 but for the money it is a good performer.
