ive read good things about the fusion box. will be ok for a simple plug and play, but for the best in sound having a box made is your best bet.
prices on the subs you put up?? you would definitely get better sound out (and possibly a better deal) of making your own box, ported or sealed, whatever you prefer.
1st of all, thanks for all the comments. here is the pricing for the enclosed sub and they are in Australian Dollar i think. i found the prices on the following sites: http://www.ryda.com.au/Ryda-Car-Audio-Powered-Subwoofer-Store-s/65.htm Fusion EN-AB1120 Active 12" Sub Enclosure List Price: $349.00 Our Price: $215.35 You Save $133.65! Fusion EN-AT1120 Active 12" Enclosure - Tube List Price: $299.00 Our Price: $228.15 You Save $70.85! JVC CS-BGS5120 12" Powered Subwoofer List Price: $549.00 Our Price: $389.25 You Save $159.75! hope this helps... wat do u guys think? should i get the fusion? can they give a deep and clear BASS with these prices? # i am just a beginner, i m not looking for a Hardcore system. thanks.
i say no on the prefabs. you can get a better single 12" for cheaper and build your own box. its really not that difficult to do. it will also sound x10 better and for cheaper. we all like cheaper
may i know why is those powered subwoofer not as good as the own make subwoofer? n yet any suggestion that which brand and model is good and cheap? regards.
well, of the models you put up, i believe they said that they were 350watts MAX...not RMS. you can simply get one of the kickers on there that i would believe to outperform one of those fusions easily
