Fusing amp?

My Rockford amp doesnt have any fuses on it. They say to fuse it though. How exactly would I do that? I just ran some power wire to the battery w/ an inline ANL 250 amp fuse. Would this be the fuse protecting the amp? Or do I need to install another fuse....if so where?

    Thanks.

    300 watts RMS.

But nevermind. I read the manual that came with the amp again. It said they recommend a 50 amp fuse. And the fuse that is inline with the battery is the only one that will be used to protect the amp. First time ive dealt with an amp without onboard fuses, but ive known about them tho. Pretty interesting....

Im actually gonna have 3 of these amps. So I guess a 150 amp fuse will be fine.
