i went to lvc and was gonna ask some car audio questions and had an invite to this foruom lol. i need to know the size of the stock speakers in my 88 mark. and i have a viper d600.1 amp , i already went thru 1 set of 12's what power handling should i be using for this amp a set of 300-350 watt rms 12's? i have a sealed box that i have to find a good set of terminals for cause one of the terminals fryed along with the speaker.
I think the Mark 7 has 6X9's in the rear deck and 6.5's in the doors. I haven't looked in a while but I bet I'm close.
i've heard there where 3 difrent stereo and speaker set ups in the mark VII. a regular ford stereo speaker set up,the premuim soundwhich mine has. and a jl or jbl not sure which company ford used and that one is said to have 8 inch subs in it. mine did have a amp i had to have bypassed.
