I have a Jaguar s-type with factory HU. I wanted to hardwire an ipod through the cd changer input, only problem is the cd changer only has 2 wires run to it and they're both fiber optic, does anyone know of a converter or some way to convert these cables to rca plugs.

Your gonna need to check with companies like Peripheral Electronics. They show a limited number of applications for your ride. Other companies you might wanna check is PAC-Audio and Neucleus (www.aius.net). Those are the three that I've dealt with. Soundgate also has a few interfaces. Check them out also

Fiber optic step down is a big process, i dont know if they make a unit specifically for your application but i know we use a couple at the station here for some mix-minus setups on a couple decks for news... and they are a little large lol. ill keep an eye peeled though see what i can find.
