I'm currently running a Power Acoustik BAMF4000/1D. It claims 2200 rms at 1 ohm, 4400 max. I was looking around and started looking into the Fi BTL 15. I'll be able to make a box about 3.5 cu.ft. and I will have it tuned at about 30 hz. I figured I'd just stick to one sub. I'm looking to hit some really high numbers on the low level notes and I'll have around a $400 budget. Anyone have any better suggestions for a sub?

Also this will be a daily system so any input on the box like the tuning would be good too. Also if I need to get any special option available for the sub. I'll have an extra battery, 0 guage to the amp, and have already replaced the positive and negative battery cables w/ 4 guage.

if you go into Fi's forum, it explains to you what all the options are for, so you can decide whether or not you want/need to add them

well the biggest amp I had before that was a kicker kx1200.1.so it's my first real big amp but I love this thing it's cheap and not too power hungry. it's still a beast too

Well here's the box it's going in. Will go in the top (facing up). It's just under 3.5 cu ft and port is tuned to 31 hz (gotta love the lows :] ). Didn't go over sides with much paint cause I realized I couldn't see them in my trunk anyway
