Factory or Pioneer

    I have pretty much a brand new Pioneer Head Unit.. but my dad said when I was going to put it in, he said that the factory one in my 99 avenger was better? is this true, I was just thinking he is probably just saying this so I don't put this Pioneer in?

    not true. the new head has more features and can probably play cd-r's and cd rw's and looks like you can connect an ipod and an aux in also.

    it will also have rca outs too to connect amps as well. so no the factory head is not better due to no features.

    okay thank you, and yes it has the rca's and the ipod thing.

    I know that I am a little late but I have the same head unit and it is a lot better than a factory.
