I'll be getting an EQ soon and I was wondering if I could get by with 15 bands instead of 30. I'm not a total SQ freak, but I would like to be able to flatline on the RTA if I really wanted to. So is this possible with 15 bands or do I need all 30? Thanks in advance.
If you want to flatten your response, get a parametric EQ.... a standard graphic EQ is worthless for sound quality purposes in my opinion.
