I'm trying out some box ideas and im pretty limited to what I can accomplish...
it's downfiring under a back seat of a '02 GMC
    it will be 14" deep
in the back it can be no higher than 11" high and in the front it can be no more than 12" high
    adding everything up
    7.25" mounting depth
1.5" for the width of the wood
    1.1" for the excursion
and 1" for extra room b/t the end of the excursion and the floor
    adding it up
    10.85"
so that leaves me with .15" from the wood to the magnet...
    is that enough space?
also, what do most of you use to cut out the circle for the sub?
one more thing...if i wanted to put plexi glass on it to show the basket, how do you cut out the wood to make the plexiglass flush with the box?
    thats all for now
    thanks in advance
