Elemental Design PKV2, any good

    Need a nice 8" sub for my JL micro box, are these drivers good?

    Alot of guys in here really seem to like the elemental drivers........From what i have seen, they should be a winner. But the key factor here is making sure the woofers you get will work PROPERLY in the box you have, a nice woofer will sound like crap in the wrong size box!!

    ED subs are designed to work well in small enclosures...what is the internal airspace of that box??

    am not sure it is the JL 8.2 micro sub box, does anyone know the internal volume.

    Is it ported??? cuz 1 cu ft is too big sealed for the 9Kv.2/3

    Ported and it hits HARD!!!!!!!!!!!! Just installed it tuned to 35 HRZ, but I think I am changing to the Boston Acustics G@ 10" sub in the passive radiator enclosure

    yeah i got it , sent his wires back to him.. ended up buying 3 brand new sets for 23.75 too ... should have just bought the new ones to begin with.. oh well live and learn.
