   I think my CD 8061 just crapped out on me. I am the original owner & it's sat a lot of it's life but it's still probably 15 ish years old. The last week or so the deck would shut off them come back on. Yesterday it would eject the CD I had in there but it will not do anything else. Anyone have any thoughts on what it is & also if it's worth fixing?
   
   I figured I was probably better off to toss it in the trash or give it away to someone that wants to fix it. thanks

   i think you may be better off just getting a new one. It's pretty old already.
