Hey, 1st post, I just wanted some opinions on the setup I plan on buying soon. I've done a fair bit of research and im fairly certain that im on the right track but i'd appreciate any help.

Im looking at buying two of these
    Pioneer TS-WX303 which have 250W RMS @ 4 Ohms
    http://www.pioneer.eu/uk/products/25/131/201/TS-WX303/index.html

I plan on wiring them up in parallel so il need 500W @ 2 Ohms supplied to them afaik.

This is the amplifier Im thinking about getting
    http://www.kenwoodusa.com/Car_Entertainment/Amplifiers/KAC-8105D
    It supplies 500W RMS @ 2 Ohms.

But is it necessary to have 500W RMS on the amp? Im asking because on the pioneer website the recommended amp for it (a single sub) has 175W RMS but the sub is specced at 250W RMS

The above amp is $258, this other amp I can get for $186
    http://www.audiolinepro.com/azx800M.html
but it supplies 400W RMS @ 2 Ohms.

So is it best to go a little bit under the RMS power and save a few bucks? or is it better to buy the solid 500W amp?

The other problem I have is that for the same price I can get these subs instead
    http://www.soundmaster.com.au/Sony-BOX120L-12inch-1000W-Sub-In-Box/BOX120L.asp
Sony 300W RMS/1000W Peak vs the above Pioneer 250W RMS/1200W Peak

From what I've read on the internet Pioneer seems to be the favourite brand, and theres alot more on the net about the pioneer subs as oppose to the sony subs, so im leaning towards pioneer atm.

Im also interested in which setup will last the longest, since I plan on using them for a while.

Is all that I need to buy the subs and the amp? Im fairly sure I do but I dont know if I need to purchase many other cables etc in order to install it. This is my first setup so im trying to get it right ^_^

    Cheers.
