http://www.6ave.com/shop/product.aspx?sku=PIOTSW303R same subs i have got 3 of theses in the back of a ranger on a 1000 watt class d sony amp. just dont over power them. i got the amp turned down and can still smell the smell of a sub about to blow.
If you want budget, get the Hifonics HFI12s. I had 4 in a 10 cube box on a Nine.1 at .5ohms but turned down so prolly got about 1700 to 1800 RMS. they slammed, especially for being $25

And they didnt blow? They r rated at 300 watts rms. x 4 = 1200 watts rms. Ima holla at my brother. He needs these. And on sale at $22 ea. Thats budget right there.
Nope. They got a little warm, so I didnt play them full tilt a long time. Dont be a friggin idiot adn clip it. I had an eD Nine.1 which means clean power. even at .5ohm. Like i said, they are low power and kinda fragile when you start throwing 400 to 500 watts at em. Like I have always said, I forgot who I heard it from first, but it isnt power that kills subs, its the user.
caraudiomix has those too for a lil bit more. They are the only place that still haas the S4 models too. http://www.caraudiomix.com/HFI12S4_p/hfi12s4.htm
