go with the 12" version. 3 cubic feet gross is not enough because you have to account for port volume and those subs move some air so there is no way you can fit the proper enclosure in there. This is why smaller setups are louder than other cars with bigger subs...better enclosure and smaller subs are better than bigger subs in crappy enclosures.
