O great and powerful masters of all car audio big and small I'm going to buy a 12" sub in a couple of days it's going in a 1 cft. sealed box with 400 watts feeding it it's for more bass in my acura RL factory system I've narrowed it down to the Diamond audio D612D4 and ID Idq 12 dvc 4 I'm leaving it up to the masters to tell me which one to choose.
well...both are quality woofers. Are there any stores near you that carry these brands so you can hear them yourself I would go with the Image Dynamics preferably. What amp do you have??? Does your car have a factory sub??? if so removing it will allow more bass into the cabin
IDQ has more xmax, what does this mean to you, more cone movement, equals less distortion when it's time to flex. IDQ all the way
