I can tell you that making a set is not difficult and not expensive. I always start with a universal fit Kick Panel and the factory kick panel. I cut them, trim them, until it looks like it will fit right and both can be put together as one. Glue the two parts together. I like to use a good two part epoxy. Ya, I know, it takes a while to dry. But seriously, if your in that big a hurry you don't need to making custom parts. I then apply a little bondo. Use the good stuff. Its a little flexable and a lot less chance of cracking later. Then we sand it smooth, take your time. Make it look good and then spray it with a little rattle can truck bed liner paint. Spray it from a distance, sand lightly after it dries so that it will appear textured when its painted And finally, paint it to match the car, install speakers and bam, kustom kick panels
Hey I see that you made those for a cutlass... lol. I need to make some, what exactly do u mean by universal kick panels?? Haha. And what did you do about the drivers side, doesn't the e-brake Get in the way?
The e-brake is bent until it just clears the kick panel. A small torch and a little patience and its no problem.
