Hi everyone I recently purchased and installed a Clarion DXZ585USB. It supports almost all ipods including ipod video (5g)/ipod nano/ipod touch 1g and ipod touch 2g directly by connecting to to the front usb and using the generic ipod wire. I have all the above mentioned ipods and neither of them work. I receive an "Error 2". The manual states that this is caused by improperly encoded mp3s/wmas/aacs and such but this cannot be the case with all the ipods. Just to be safe I've tried two different wires and it gives me the same error. I would appreciate if anyone can help me on this cause I cannot for the life of me get these ipods to work. For more information about the head unit check out the link.
