Christmas right before Thanksgiving??

    Well...

    Friday I got the 6x9's for my sons car friday....Today, I got the front speakers....and I got my new Eclipse head unit.....and I got my new Kenwood sub amp....next day or two gonna put my JVC HU from my truck into the son's car (only 3 weeks old) and then put the speakers in his car.....Get him smiling and then it is off to work with my system.....

    Got all these things staring at me....Spool of new speaker wire, Infinity separates for front, Infinity reference 4x6 for rear....New HU....New distro...Sub amp.......Man I wish it were summer....it is freakin gettin cold out here and I got now heat in the garage.....Oh Well......can't bitch.....

    gotta git er done....

    My shop is almost done!!! Say.....20m bcks an hour??? LOL!!!!!!!!

    haha I have a heated garage....its not even connected to my house but it is heated...sweetass. It's also like 30-40 degrees here.

    But I still need to figure out how to work the damn heater

    Christmas before Thanksgiving? You don't seem to be on the recieving end of free.

    Yeah...

    All the stuff I got....I had to buy.....But it is still cool.....

    The most exciting part??

    That my son, knows his stuff now sounds bad and he is excited about having good sounds in his car....That is cool.....Both of my boys play in school band. Music has been a part of their life always....My (ex) wife and I met in band in highschool and music has always been present in all four of our lives....I have been playing in bands since age 12...currently play and have three sets of drums....I help a guy do live sound some weekends and record with some guys here locally in a garage studio.....Music is the reason I am into audio like I am....Just to bring it to me ears a little better than average, and I am passing that on to my boys.....Makes it worth it....

    i would rather it be cold when i work on the truck.i hate to sweat.it got down to 48 here.not exactly freezeing but....in florida any thing below 70 and people freak out.

    oh here 50-60 is perfect for working on cars...it does get pretty hot working...i hate to sweat

    Well got the HU in my son's car...Got the frt. speakers in with caps...Got the rear speakers in....Sounds good...He is happy...

    Got HU in my truck....jury is still out.....I can tell you this...I ordered the remote for this thing....I absolutely hate having to use that rotary dial to change CD tracks....I really don't care for the rotary's on this unit at all...Hard to control...They don't stick out enough to really get a hold of....I still gotta tweak it...Had that JVC in my truck for 3 weeks and got used to it...at this point, I don't know which one I like better....we will see.....

    I am tired and need to go to bed...
