choice of subs

    Im putting 3 10's in the trunk and i want hard beating bass and a nice sound

    which are the better for me
    Pioneer TS-W256DVC 10"
    MTX 4510-44 10"
    Alpine 10" Type E

    Why three 10's???

    I have one 15 and it kills many many other setups running twice the power

    yeah true i only need 1 10.maybe he likes over kill


    frack those 10's 3 15's.dude and one XX MAXXIMUS.

    i'm an mtx fan.have had a pair of 12s for 19 years.one in my living room for a home theater sub.the other i just put in a friends truck.and both still work 100%.

    It al all depends on the box!

    Each of those subs would make a fine subwoofer system. However, the enclosure will ultimately dictate how they sound and how they pound..........

    I really like the Alpine Type E's....my friend has a pair of the older 150 watt rms models and they beat pretty hard...And the new ones are 250 watts rms and look a lil better...I'd get some if I had a budget...but three of em in the right box would pound real good

    I think MTX subs today are overpriced
