I have a chevy impala the op. manual says I can change my auto door lock feature. For instance right now when I put the car in park the two front doors unlock. I want it to unlock all four doors. the om says to press and hold "disp" button on HU. (by the way the org. HU is in the trunk and hooked up). Problem is there is no disp button. Can anyone help??
If it is the original radio, it should have a "DISP" button. That is the starting point to all the personalization settings on that car.
I have looked at the radio, it is definately a factory HU. no cd or tape. plugged into a wire harness in the trunk. No disp button
Then your next step is run it by someone who has a Tech 2 so they can set the personalization for you. Dealer or independent shop.
