Ces: Have Hotel, Seeking Roomates?

    I have reservations at the Casino Royale, right on the Las Vegas strip, pretty near the convention center, the night of the 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th.
    Total cost for the four nights was $440, just looking to do an even split between all of us.

    So far, Delvryboy and myself are in, for sure.
    Maybe looking for a third person, hell, maybe a fourth to split the costs between us and just keep things more fun... the more the merrier, right?.

    No promises on beds, we'll have to rotate, there's only 2 in the room. Over 21 please, so we can enjoy what Vegas has to offer...

    So if you could get yourself out to Vegas but didn't have anywhere to stay, let me know! Vegas is booked...

    see you should have found some good looking females that want to go, and willing bthe "split the costs" and then you would not have to rotate beds

    Are you looking for somewhere to stay, Scott?
    I wasn't honestly looking to do any bar-hopping.. just maybe find some after-show industry parties, if possible. Figured someone would let us in... heard there were a few...
    Hell, I don't even drink anyway.
    I'm serious, I got a damn 35 on that test that Seth posted, that games thread in OT.. ;)

    na its all good bro. I have room to stay in with a bunch of people you could have joined us for 20 a night :).


    Ive got a couple of dinner partys to go to as well.

    If my roomate wasnt so stingy about shit at times I would have asked him if you guys could have stayed here. He gets weird about that though and my room is way too small for anyone else to stay in.

    As for the hot girls. Its vegas. Plenty of hot tourists every day. I recently read a survey in FHM or the like that 1/3 of women have had a random encouter with a guy on vacation :) Guess its good to be in vegas. Too bad im not getting any of that action most of the time.

    I think swingsets are fun. Unfortunately it's very difficult not to swing both ways.

    Chris told me once that he only got drunk once in his life, and it was his wedding night I believe he said...

    I only got drunk twice in my life, but this second one has been going on for over 20 years :p

    I wish I could Chris, but I just got soooooo much going on right now. Maybe we could begin planning for next years show? We could work on getting a bunch of us together, as I have seen alot of interest, just not enough time ;) .

    Wanna get a list up for next year? That way we can get some accomodations set up, figure some room assignments and all get together and have a frikken blast. This will be serious too guys, no throing your name in the hat and not going. If we begin plans for next year we need commitment.

    That's a good idea. Maybe we could put aside a dollar a day. That way when next year came around we would have like a couple hundred dollars saved. :rolleyes:

    Aw, crap. I wish I knew that before! :oops:
    I'm technically unemployed here, so I'm trying to keep my marriage together here by keeping the trip cost down... :lol:

    However, I'm definitely not going to be shy about trying to crash into some of the after show dinners and parties... my slate's clean right now, so that's no good.
    Got anything interesting going planned? ;)

    Nope...
    I'd only drunk a few times in my life, and never was anything enough to get drunk...
    At my wedding, I had a sip of champagne... wasn't a fan of it.
    Had another sip of champagne at my best friend's wedding though.
    At ITB last summer, I drank about 1/3 of a Mike's hard cranberry lemonade...
    And my wife and I went to a fancy dinner just a couple months ago, came with red wine... took a sip and was looking for the water to wash that down.
    Then for some reason it came with a dessert brandy, so I said what the hell, took a sip of that and thought they had slipped me some potent dish cleaner or something... really nasty.

    But that sums up all the alcohol I've ever drank... :lol:

    Absolutely.
    Sounds like it would be a killer time.
    Not to mention, by next CES, my attendence should be more critical.

    Now, the only catch would be that people would need a company under whose umbrella they could fall under, so they can even get tickets...
    Hmm...
    I always wanted an entourage... B)

    CES is more or less Open to the Public


    but it it boils down to it I could organize something under the "CarAudioTalk" NonProift Organzation, Research for the site you know ;)
