cd player not responding

    I just finished hooking up Hd radio reciever to my 2002 nissan altima.While the hd radio plays great now my 6 changer cd wont respond.I wired the hot wire directly to fuse box.Could I have put it on the wrong fuse?

    does the CD changer turn on? is it compatible with your deck?

    Yes it turns on.when i push the load button ,I hear it going.The word error comes up.While I was putting the hd reciever in I hit the cd eject button by mistake and one of the cds came out.But now I cant get it to take any in or eject any out ,but I can hear the motor working.Do you think I could have jammed it .Is it sensitive enough where when that one cd came out it jammed the others?
