Hey, Just got off the phone with a loan company and I have been preapporved for a loan of $80,000 w/ 6.5% intrest no money down...... Tired of Renting... Time to buy any advice from thoughs that have bought before? I know a good deal about Houses and repairs so I dont need that kind of info, but I dont know much about the actual buying process the whole realtors, and crap....... any help is apprecatied
yes I had a house but lost it , due to no overtime and drinking too damn much , Looking back I should have never let someone other than family rent the house they stopped paying and I could not pay it anymore :angry: If you can afford 800$ a month house payment I say go for it but if its going to take you doing without something to buy it , and or two peoples incomes it might be wise to get a 50,000 starter home..... My mistake^
