    Hi Friends,
I want to buy a high end car sound processor which provides good quality sounds and effects inside the car. What all things I should consider before buyin? and what all features are available now in the market? and also which brand provide these things?

    Thank you

Oh, and as for your question.....I would imagine such a proccesor is still made. I have the FIRST EVER Digital Signal Processor ever made for car audio!!!! Its an Eclipse dsp 1000. Still works fine as far as I know, retailed for over a thousand bucks back in around 1994.....

Did a quick search.......is this what you are thinking of????

DSP for the car can create many different "soundfeilds" The one i have can be very annoying if you want it too be. As you probably already know, it uses digital time delay to create the effects. When adjusted properly and not overdone, the cabin of your vehicle truwly can sound like a concert hall, or club, or stadium, or even a church.

The church setting was always the most "fun" to play with, it made your car sound as if the thing was 1000 feet long! It diea require the use 4 speakers in the car, along with a center channel, which means that you need at least a 4 channel amp for the highs, one small bridgable amp for the center channel, and of course sub and amp...
