Okay, i'll start by saying, i'm pretty new to the car audio world. Also, I need help. I'm not sure if this belongs under Subwoofers, or Amps, but here goes.

I have 2 Pioneer TS-W304C 4 Ohm, 600 Watt max woofers, and i have a Pioneer GM-5400T 2 channel, bridgeable amp. Everywhere I read says that that amp shouldn't be used bridging 2 4 ohm amps, instead that it should be used with 2 8 ohm amps. What would be the downsides/upsides to bridging the 4 ohm subs?

Also, i'm sure a thread similar to this exists somewhere else too but... I'm in a hurry.

just hook up 1 subwoofer to each channel, no need to bridge, but if you do make sure your amp is 2 ohm stable, if it is you can wire the subs to 2 ohms and bridge the amp, really no problem.

Well another problem is that my Kicker box only has 1 terminal, so its made to be bridged.

That amp can run 2 ohm in stereo only, for bridging its 4 or 8 ohm, its rated for 360 watts bridged @ 4 ohm, it does not give a rating for 8 ohm but it will probably be less than the 4 ohm rating. So your choices are to run 1 sub at 4 ohm or wire both to 8 ohm and try it that way.
