Ok, so I'm replacing the 2 TS-W304C subwoofers I have in my Grand Cherokee with a Boss P126DVC 12" and a Sound Ordnance Bass Bunker ported box that measures 1.6 cubic feet. The sub is supposed to be in a 1.2 cubic foot box according the the paperwork. What would be the downside to using a slightly larger box for my new sub?
its not gonna matter at all really... bigger box makes it more efficient so it wont handle quite as much power.. but .4 is minimal.. and after displacement ur pretty close to spec anyways
