I'm thinking of doing the big three in preparation for under drive pulleys and then subs at some point. I understand the basic concept of the modification but have a few questions. Should I run the positive wire from the alternator directly to the battery, or to the distribution box first? Also do the wires from the positive side of the battery to wherever they go need a fuse?
alt directly to the battery...you can fuse this if you want but is not necessary if you run the wires safely and away from moving parts and from hot engine parts...double loom and tape it up
