I just order one of these yesterday http://www.edesignaudio.com/edv2/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=44 Can't wait for it...1200 underrated watts rms at 12.5 volts baby!!!!!
500/1 will be fine...it puts out more of like 700 watts I have a 500/1 pushing two Type R's right now...does the job fine. doubling power increases 3 dbs...won't be much of a noticeable difference from 500 watts to 1000 watts...difference may be in the dynamic output...you got more headroom with 1000 watts than 500 watts but the different isn't too big Just sell your 500/1 and buy a Nine.1
