Back up cam help on 2009 PCM3 Porsche Cayenne

I want to put a back up camera, but the OEM one, NOT aftermarket. I found NavTV has an interface, but they said the OEM cam will not work with their interface, unless my radio is programmed by the dealer. Dealership says, that they cannot do it, they don't have the software. HELP!!
