Like most cases, you get what you pay for. Im not too familiar with those amps, but it probably makes due without anything special. Did you read the reviews on Crutchfield?
well, for the price range you are looking at can I suggest this. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_6470.html Cant go wrong with an Alpine amp.
I've used Profile amps before...they get the job done for the price. I had the Profile HA1000 for a while...480 watts bridged 4 ohms. Powered two Type R 12's pretty good.
