    Hey Y'all,
I'm new to the forum, and I was hoping that I might get some help. I'm trying to put a little bit of bass in my truck for a little bit of money. What I have is a Pioneer head unit with a 1100w 10" Xplode woofer I had a 600w amp hooked to it and wound up up grading to the 1000w xplode amp. My problem is that I am getting nothing, and I mean nothing out of the amp. I have power coming in but nothing going out. It happened with the first one so I returned it thinking it might be the amp, but the second one did the same thing. I then switched the rca wires, no luck, I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. Everything worked fine before I went to the xplode.

Well it wasn't the amp I scraped the sony and went to a pioneer, I'm still having problems. I checked with a multi meter and the power seems to be pulsing and there seems that there isnt quite enough of it.

please go into detail as to what you have as far as power wire thickness and all.

    fuse's and size's.

anything you can think of that might keep it from playing.
