    Hey guys,
My subwoofer recently started to whistle when I start my engine. the whistling actually becomes a higher pitch when I accelerate, as if I'm getting some kind of interference from my alternator. I checked my ground wire and it was solid. I even replaced the amp with a new one and checked my subs internal wiring and everything looks good. I have no idea whats going on. Any Ideas?
    Thanks guys!!!

where is your ground? are your rca's and power running together? are they crossed at 90 degree angles?

My Ground is on the floor board directly below the amp. Im not sure if that is the problem. I scraped away the paint so I have a good connection metal on metal. as far as the rca's ad power go they never cross and are run about 2 feet away from each other.
    thanks for the reply
