hi guys i am new to the car audio scene sorry if these are stupid questions i have three mtx 10's 200RMS 600Peak and a 1000 Watt pioneer amp the subs are 4 ohm and are in parallel online the sub says "1000 watts (max) into 2 ohms, or 600 into 4" can i run it to the subs at 2 ohm or will that kill the subs or amp
Running the subs at whatever ohms you are talking about have no effect. Running the amp at a lower ohm load than the amp can handle can do some major damage to the amp. What are the specs on your 1000 watt pioneer amp? And to clarify, the subs are each single 4 ohm?
