ok. in a tahoe i have 12's in a box with an amp powering that. then for the 4 door spkrs i had a 4ch. so now i think something is going on w/the 4ch and i'm on the verge of looking for another one. but my ? is can i just use two, 2ch amps? if so, how much more additional things will i have to add, if any. what will i be getting myself into. is it worth it. coz i have plenty of 2ch amps laying around my house, but not 4ch. email me at greengti@yahoo.com
using two 2 channel amps is perfectly fine...only extra thing you will need is power distribution and more grounds....maybe a relay for the remote turn ons if the source unit cant handle that many amplifiers.
