i decided to give the "not so accurate" re enclosure calculator a shot, if it doesnt work out....oh well im down a sheet of mdf, i have 5 more sheets in my garage...i dont care (AWESOME garage sale find, got 6 sheets for 50.00)

anyway, i sketched it up, and this is what i came up with:

oh, and yea, i know the boards split in a few places....my stupid drill bit broke 3/4 of the way thru, and i had to use the next smaller size down, also, i have a little bit of trimming to to on the tops, i didnt realize the fence on my tablesaw was loose, so some of the cuts are like 1/16 of an inch crooked

glue the split wood and seal with silicone or caulk and you will be golden.

hardly, its only 42 degrees, garage is heated (kinda) so the glue should cure overnight. only reason garage door was open was because there wasnt enough light to take pics inside. i need to invest in some good lights

actually, i cut out the rhino symbol, and the word "rhino" ou of 1/4" foam, and im gonna glue it down and cover the box in black vinyl, this is like my 6th or 7th box, but my first ported one, the rest were all sealed

oh, and doing what i described above will leave you with an raised symbol and lettering, i have applied the same method to headliners, and door panels in the past with flames and other random stuff, usually turns out well
