I just bought a used Alpine CDA-9820XM. The unit powers up and produces sound but there was a CD stuck in the player. I took the top off and managed to get the disc out but it appears to be missing a small spring that enables that function. Where do I get a parts diagram that will indentify that area and give me some clue of a part number? There is a small removeable metal tab that in that area that has a notch and a corresponding plastic arm with a notch, seemingly missing a connecting spring, that might be the key to the problem.
