I just bought and installed a new DP video DZP902NT DVD in dash reciever for my car today, replacing my factory installed radio. I had a few problems installing it, including a few blown fuses. It seemed to work great until i turned on my headlights. As soon as i did, the whole thing went bezerk. The screen went blank, it had the rewind symbol in the corner, and the music stoped playing. when i tried to shut it off it would not let me. I drive a 2003 Ford Ranger, Extended Cab. Please help me!!
sounds like you didn't do some of the connections right. Here's the detailed wiring for a '03 Ranger. I think you should first disconnect the battery and go over your connections again.
