99-02 Cougar hatch

    i was wondering if anyone here has a late model Cougar, 1999-2002, and could measure the hatch area. my friend has one and we want to build a custom sub enclosure for it, but lately hes been working a lot of hours so we cant get the time to measure it ourselves. thanks.

    a friend of mine has a 99' v6 5 speed and we easily fit a 3cuft box in it. even if the hatch area is an issue its easier to go in through the back seats.
