98 crown vic

    hey guys i just finished installing a mearlon e330 the car is a 98 crown vic im having a problem that the car is blowing a fuse (the accesory wire going to the ignition switch) the thing that im woried about is that i grabed the 12v source for the alarm the starter kill relay and two rellays one for door lock and one for door unlock all from the yellow wire at the ignition switch now the owner is telling me that that fuse had blown before and they replaced it but are not sure if they put the same size fuse in there is there a way to find out what size fuse it takes because i think the one it has on there is too small its a 30 amp fuse? any sugestions

    Instead of wiring it to the ignition try a stand alone switch with a power source an upgrade the fuse
