Hey guys, just got a single cab Ford Ranger and i plan on puttinng something more pricey in this one. My neighbor has a Kicker 750.1 hes willing to part with for $150. Ive had my eye on a 12" Rockford Fosgate P3 shallow mount and a 1.8cu/ft box. The RFs P3 is rated for 800max/400rms. Would this be a good combo? or am i going about this the wrong way?
I'd say you're okay because the woofer is going to need a lot of power to compensate for the shallow basket.
Sounds pretty good, is the box sealed or ported? What does fosgate recommend for box size for that sub?
