Ok, I got bored and was lookin at 4 channel amps, and i saw this amp and was wondering if i was going to get this how would i wire the rcas with my other amp too? Would I just use the rca out on the amp and use 2 Y splitters into each channel? Or what? Most decent head units will have 2 channels front, 2 channels rear which goto 4 channel amp, then another rca from sub output which would goto the sub amp. Does you head unit have 6 preouts??
ok that amp says it has speaker level inputs.so you can run your speaker wires to the 4 ch amp and whatever rca's you have to a sub amp. can you tell us exactly what equipment you have.and how many rca out's?
I'd use the OUTPUT from the amp you have now. All you need is a short patch cable do not use a y splitter because then the 4 channel would be putting out mono sound.
rca preouts are stereo anyways...unless they are mono sub outs which I highly doubt your hu has since it has only on preout
ya it does so i would use the out on the amp i have now to one of the channels on the new amp and then out on that and to another channel on the new amp?
